Definitions

(i)   These terms apply to Daisy Windows Ltd (the "vendor"), located at 23 Coopers Way,Hailsham, East Sussex, BN27 3XA.
(ii)  These terms cover the supply of all our Products and services (the "goods") from the vendor.
(iii) The contract is subject to your right of cancellation.
(iv)  Any contract between you and the vendor is subject to these terms and conditions

 Term & Conditions

1. The contract covers all products supplied and fitted by the Company unless otherwise stated on contract.
2. The Company reserves the right to cancel the contract that if on Surveying, the premises are unsuitable for the installation of our product or due to inadequate access.
3. The Company also reserves the right to install the windows and doors as the Company Surveyor has stated.
4. Planning permission and building regulations for any building work is the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. New brickwork and repairs to brickwork carried out by the Company will be matched as closely as possible to existing brickwork if matching bricks have been discontinued.
6. When erecting sun lounges and/or porches, gutters and down pipes will be fitted by the Company. No allowance will be made by, the Company for building soak-aways or redirected rainwater courses.
7. The contract cannot be changed after the Survey has been carried out.
8. Delivery is quoted as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed to any specific date.
9. Representation - Any samples of Agent's remarks are to be as guidance only. Terms of contract are confirmed on the form.
10. The balance is payable on installation.
11. The customer shall give access for fitting the products as soon as possible from the date of asking of the balance will become due for payment.
12. The glass used by our suppliers i snot guaranteed against minor imperfections but is the best obtainable.
13. Guarantee - This starts on the day of installation and runs for 10 years. The Company will replace any defective product (not including wear and tear) supplied by them providing wilful damage has not taken place or any third party has tampered with the product. All electrical products carry only 12 months suppliers’ warranty.
14. Condensation cannot be eliminated and no guarantees will be given on any aspect of condensation except in between sealed unit glass.
15. Curtains and blinds will be the customers’ responsibility.
16. Brickwork, plasterwork and paintwork will be made good to areas surrounding frames but decoration internally and externally will be the customers’ responsibility.
17. In the event of accidental breakage by the Company of wall tiles, replacement tiles will be the closest match if tile have been discontinued.
18. The contract is binding on both parties and in no way limits your statutory rights.
19. The Company will accept no liability for breakages of glass after 14 days from the units being installed.
20. The windows remain the property of the Company until the full price has been paid to the Company. The balance due must be paid on installation or interest will be added to the balance thereafter at the rate of 24.5% per annum.
21. Notice of the Right to Cancel - The contract can be cancelled by writing to:- 23 Coopers Way, Hailsham, East Sussex, BN27 3XA. The cancellation notice must be received within 7 days of the date of the contract.

General

The price shown on the contract will include VAT charged at the prevailing rate (currently 15%)

Payment accepted by cash/cheque or bank transfer

Daisy Windows Ltd reserves the right to change these terms without notice for all future sales
